Audit results are algorithmic estimates based on public and proprietary datasets and are not a substitute for professional environmental, legal, or real-estate advice. By using this service, you agree that the outputs are advisory and that the operator assumes no liability for decisions made in reliance upon them.
We collect only the information necessary to deliver an audit: the address you submit, the resulting score, and — where you provide it — your email for follow-up reports. We do not sell personal information. Anonymized audit signals may be used to improve the methodology.
